Detailed Pricing Information

All below pricing is subject to change and may fluctuate depending on circumstances of specific projects

Planning and Design Session Pricing

$50 Flat rate | Due at completion of session
Planning and design sessions are a one hour session scheduled in clients home or office to discuss project detail, timeline, budget, and design. 48hr after the completion of this sessions clients are provided a project plan outline via email.

Organizing Session Pricing

$55 hr for one professional organizer

$45 hr for each additional professional organizer

All organizing sessions are booked in 3hr or 6hr blocks.

Full price of the organizing session is due within 24hrs of the completion of each session.

Organizing sessions include the entire Bins & Boxes process, excluding the planning and design session, time spent shopping, and time spent donating or recycling items. Our organizers spend these sessions, editing items in your space with you, sorting items, cleaning, creating organizing systems, researching and preparing supplies list for project materials, labeling, and installing new systems in your space.

Donating and Item Removal Pricing

At the completion of every organizing session a total of 5 bags can be hauled away from the project site free of cost. These can be items for donation, garbage, or recycle. 

If a large quantity of items need to be removed from the project site our organizers can arrange one of two options. We can coordinate an independent hauling service for you who will bill you directly, or Bins & Boxes can arrange to bring alternative vehicles in order to remove or rehome those items. The coordination of those services can be arranged during organizing sessions and the cost of the vehicle rented will be added to the total project cost. Additionally, a hourly fee of $50 per hour spent hauling away trash or recyclables will be billed at the completion of the session.

Shopping for project material pricing

For projects that need items to be purchased by the organizing team outside of organizing sessions clients will be charged $40 per hour spent shopping for items. This fee will be applied to the organizing session prior to the organizing team shopping for the items. An estimated number of hours the organizing team will need to spend shopping for materials for the project will be provided in the project plan given to the client within 48hr of the project consultation.

Clients who choose to shop for the project materials on their own will not be charged any shopping fees. The Bins & Boxes team will research and space plan to determine every item needed for completing the organizing project and provide a detailed list of these items for clients who choose to do the shopping portion. 

Travel Fees

Bins & Boxes primary service area is Lake Oswego and Tigard Oregon (97034, 97035,97223, 97224 & 97281). No travel fees are applied with the listed zip codes. We will take on projects all around the greater Portland area including, Oregon City, West Linn, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tualatin, Sherwood, and Newberg. Pending availability we are happy to travel anywhere you want to send us. Any project will a round trip travel time above 90 min will be subject to travel fees.

For trips with a round trip over 90 mins clients are billed a travel cost rate of $0.56/mile. Any project with a round trip time of 6 hours or greater are subject to the daily travel rate.

For a full day of travel a daily rate of $350 is applied to the project cost, plus expenses of travel including flights, boat tickets, rental car, etc.
