Professional-Organizing Label Storage

Bins & Boxes Professional Organizing are looking for the following characteristics in our team members:

  • Highly-motivated self-starters who are comfortable multi-tasking

  • Detail-oriented individuals with an appreciation for visual aesthetics

  • Should be comfortable working in a start-up small business environment

  • Holds a high standard for their work

  • Comfortable working outside of an office and outside of a traditional 9 to 5 workday

  • Solution-oriented with ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment

As an organizer/project manager, your responsibilities include:​

  • Work closely with clients to realize their organizational goals as well as determine their design aesthetic   

  • Work closely with a partner to execute in-home projects

  • Be able to communicate details regarding project logistics, budget, etc.

  • Maintain high standards in the level of work, manner of communication, and customer service you provide

The requirements of Bins & Boxes organizers are:

  • Access to transportation

  • Experience in a client-facing role/customer service

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience working with a team

  • Demonstrates local knowledge of the market

  • Willingness to travel for work

  • Ability to work on their feet for multiple hours at a time

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude

  • There is no previous professional organizing experience required, but a passion for organizing and fun is a must!
