Bins And Boxes, LLC
Thank you for choosing Bins & Boxes LLC Professional Organizing to help you organize your space and learn to live life in a beautiful environment with less stress. Before we begin working together it is important to review the following terms.
Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance to Bins & Boxes LLC. Client information, both business and personal will be protected and confidential at all times. This information includes name, address, phone number, project details, and any information regarding the client or the service we are hired for. Bins And Boxes LLC adheres to the professional Code of Ethics set by the National Association of Productivity and Organizing (NAPO).
Booking Organizing Services
Upon completion of an initial phone and in home consultation session clients may book organizing packages. These packages are paid in full before your project begins and are non-refundable. Clients may schedule out these sessions however they would like and they do not expire.
Payment for organizing package is due in full at time of purchase and are non-refundable. Bins & Boxes LLC accepts cash, credit, or debit cards. Receipt are available for all forms of payment upon request.
Organizing Supplies & Shopping
Clients must reimburse Bins And Boxes LLC for the costs of any organizing supplies or products purchased and used on their project (file folders, labels, shelving, containers, hooks, etc.) All organizing supplies or products purchase by Bins And Boxes LLC on the clients behalf will be approved by the client prior to purchase and at the completion of the project. The total cost of project supplies is due within 24 hours of the completion of the project.
Bins And Boxes LLC will carry away a maximum of five bags of donations/trash/recycle at no additional fee. If clients wish to get tax deductible receipts from the charities in which the items are donated to, the itemization and valuation are the responsibility of the client. Once donations are removed from a client’s home or office they will not be able to be returned to you. Items will be donated shortly after receiving them and, if necessary, tax deductible receipts will be put in the mailed to the client within 48 hours of donation.
Any project 15+ miles out of the Lake Oswego Oregon area will be subject to travel fees. For projects that require travel fees clients are billed a travel cost rate of $0.56/mile outside of a 15 mile radius of the Lake Oswego area. Any project with a round trip time of 6 hours or greater are subject to the daily travel rate. Pricing for travel in special circumstances or extended travel time are set at the sole discretion of management.
Client may cancel or reschedule organizing session up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Session cancellation within 48 hours may result in the loss of that paid session from the clients total session package. Hands-on organizing sessions begin at the scheduled time regardless of start time delayed made by the client.
Disruption of Service
Bins And Boxes LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement for the following reasons: Repeated cancelation and rescheduling, disruptive or threatening behavior of client, non-payment, unsafe or unsanitary working conditions.
Bins And Boxes LLC will recommend products and services to fulfill our clients organizing’s needs. Bins And Boxes LLC assumes no liability for product quality or workmanship of any other service professional, vendor, or organization.
Bins And Boxes LLC professional organizer often use photography and video to enhance our services. Photos allow us to track progress, assess dimensions when doing off site project shopping and reference when discussing a client’s project with them over the phone. All photos taken are anonymously and clients identity and information will remain confidential. I give Bins And Boxes LLC permission to use images or video of my home or office in marketing materials, including but not limited to website, social media, educational presentations, and printed marketing materials.
